Our office provides legal consultancy services to national and international companies in various areas of competition law. Within this scope, contracts signed related to procurement, distribution, and dealership are examined within the framework of competition legislation, preventing clients from dealing with any investigations by Competition Board with preventive lawyer service. Current monitoring of changes in Competition Law legislation and Board Decisions is provided and our clients are informed.
